My 12-week program is a Gut focused Intensive exploration of you. We will start with an assessment of where you currently are, and dive deep to uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from having the health and energy you desire. You will discover which lifestyle habits are zapping your energy and create a blueprint for you to reach your goals. You will integrate practices that will lead you toward success and result in healthy habits and behaviors that last. 

 

Together we will explore:

  • Your body’s unique needs
  • Find balance with real whole organic foods
  • What and how to eat to banish the bloat and constipation
  • Tips to reduce and/or eliminate symptoms like gas, bloating, abdominal discomfort, pain, diarrhea and/or constipation
  • How to listen to your body
  • A new perspective on food - one that integrates our inner knowing (gut feeling)
  • Why your body craves certain foods
  • Explore cravings that don’t truly nourish or feed you
  • How to detox your body naturally, without relying on harsh laxatives
  • The mind-body connection- connection between the food we eat and everything else.
  • How to build a positive body image
  • Taking control of self-sabotaging behaviors by changing the way you view health
  • Mindset shifts to help keep your energy more balanced, cleansed, and aligned
  • Detoxing your mind and body, steering clear of the clutter, and releasing the “old ways of thinking” in your life

Is this program for me?

This program is great for anyone who wants to dive deep into understanding themselves and act from a place of knowing instead on just reacting to life. Self-efficacy beliefs determine how people feel, think, motivate themselves and behave. Such beliefs produce these diverse effects through four major processes. They include cognitive, motivational, affective and selection processes.

 

A strong sense of efficacy enhances human accomplishment and personal well-being in many ways. People with high assurance in their capabilities approach difficult tasks as challenges to be mastered rather than as threats to be avoided. Such an efficacious outlook fosters intrinsic interest and deep engrossment in activities. They set themselves challenging goals and maintain strong commitment to them. They heighten and sustain their efforts in the face of failure. They quickly recover their sense of efficacy after failures or setbacks. They attribute failure to insufficient effort or deficient knowledge and skills which are acquirable. They approach threatening situations with assurance that they can exercise control over them. Such an efficacious outlook produces personal accomplishments, reduces stress and lowers vulnerability to depression.
