My 12-week program is a Gut focused Intensive exploration of you. We will start with an assessment of where you currently are, and dive deep to uncover what’s been stopping you, slowing you down or keeping you from having the health and energy you desire. You will discover which lifestyle habits are zapping your energy and create a blueprint for you to reach your goals. You will integrate practices that will lead you toward success and result in healthy habits and behaviors that last.

Self-efficacy beliefs determine how people feel, think, motivate themselves and behave. Such beliefs produce these diverse effects through four major processes. They include cognitive, motivational, affective and selection processes.

People with high assurance in their capabilities approach difficult tasks as challenges to be mastered rather than as threats to be avoided. They attribute failure to insufficient effort or deficient knowledge and skills which are acquirable. They approach threatening situations with assurance that they can exercise control over them.
