This everyday smoothie will feed your body's gut microbiota and keep your immune system optimal. You'll have energy, vitality & longevity! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Handful fresh greens (all kinds)
1/2 avocado
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped cucumber
Fresh parsley
1 T ground flax seeds
1 T hemp powder
1 T chia seeds
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup yogurt or keifer (probiotic)
sliver of fresh lemon (including peel)
1 small knob fresh ginger
1 cup almond milk (any nut milk)
1 cup filtered water
Put all the ingredients in blender. Blend.
